Charming 3-Bed Villa with Private Pool in San Pedro del Pinatar

"Das Haus war einfach genau wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Einfach toll. Die Ausstattung in der Küche vollständig. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool ist sehr angenehm warm. Die Klimaanlage top und auch wirklich notwendig im Sommer. Die Räume gut ausgestattet, so dass man seine Klamotten auch in den Schrank hängen und legen kann. Genügend Kleiderbügel vorhanden. Die Duschen alle barrierefrei. Der Check in verlief reibungslos. Wir erhielten einen Ansprechpartner mit dem wir während der Fahrt auf Englisch in Kontakt standen, so konnte er gut einschätzen, wann wir ankommen. Die Parkplätze auf der Strasse waren immer reichlich vorhanden. Am Kopfende der Strasse befindet sich ein Polizeiamt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Etwas abseits. Ein Auto um an den Strand zu kommen in meinen Augen ein muss. Dafür gibt es tolle Strände mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen in der näheren Umgebung. Aktuell werden gerade die Nachbarhäuser gebaut, weshalb gerade unter der Woche morgens ab ca. 8 Uhr baulärm ist. Es stehen auch noch 2 Kräne. Uns hat das zwar nicht gestört. Aber wir zählen auch eher zu den Frühaufsteher. Der Baulärm ist jedoch nur Temporär und die Häuser stehen auch schon weitestgehend. Fazit: Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und können das Haus nur empfehlen !!!"

"A beautiful modern property within minutes of the beach just as described. The property was so well equipped and having access to beach chairs and parasol was a perfect added bonus so we could use the beach fully. Highly recommended and we would love to return. Lily the arrival host was superb and extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you again."

"Anhand der Bilder sind wir davon ausgegangen, dass direkt gegenüber vom Haus ein wunderbar schön gepflegter Strand ist,, was leider nicht so ist. Naturstrand mit vielen Algen die zwar getrocknet sind, aber nicht zum Baden einladen. Läuft man aber links vom Haus weg, gibt es ca in 300 m Luftlinie einen wunderschönen Sandstrand. Das Haus selbst ist rustikal, schön groß und hat einen Kühlschrank, drei Fächer Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine und zwei Waschmaschinen die man benutzen darf. Strand la Manga ist auch sehr schön in 40 Minuten Fahrzeit Entfernung. Wir waren nun jetzt Ende Mai für eine Woche im Haus und fanden es mit drei Kindern sehr schade, dass die vorhandene Eisdiele geschlossen hatte. Der kleine Supermarkt zwei Straßen weiter hat aber alles was man so auf die schnelle benötigt. Größere Supermärkte befinden sich 10 Minuten Fahrzeit entfernt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und sind bereits beim Planen für nächstes Jahr. Antonio ist ein sehr toller, netter und sympathischer Gastgeber"
