"The hotel is fantastic! Personally would like a little more variety of breakfast options, but not a huge deal. Staff was very nice, just not many employees working. Only ever saw 2 people total (front desk and a house keeper setting up breakfast one morning). My biggest complaint is that rooms aren’t cleaned during the stay, if you need your room cleaned you can request it. But I ran out of towels and other room amenities and had to call twice to get replacements. "

"Birdsnest was the getaway cabin we needed! It was clean, well arranged, comfortable bed, nice jacuzzi garden tub, trails to stroll through, swings, rocking chairs, and gorgeous trees in Fall splendor as well as precious night lighting. It was the perfect location to visit Saluda, Skytop Orchard, Flat Rock, Hendersonville, Bell Park, Flat Rock Park, and the Gorge for ziplining. We tried it all and didn't want to leave! Our only problem was the door knob and lock and it was fixed promptly the next day! Thank you SO much for making our trip such a delight "
