"we loved our stay in this hotel. our room was spacious and very clean. the rooftop pool and lounge area was lovely. the area is very walkable and there’s lots of restaurants nearby. the sky train, shopping centre and cinema is only around a 15 minute walk away and i’d recommend using the train to get to places because traffic is terrible! From the moment I walked in I was accommodated with luggage assistance, assisted at the check in desk promptly, and even granted complimentary early check in. The entire hotel was so luxurious and the king suite was dreamy. A massive shower with gorgeous marbling, dual sinks, and a stand-alone soaking tub that made you never want to leave the room. It definitely felt like a 5 star hotel and I would stay here every time I visit Bangkok. The food was incredible and they had a complimentary shuttle service to one of the luxury malls close by. "
