The place is so dirty smells horrible the ac was dripping water inside there's water all over on the floor bathroom is nasty the firts night stayed there is horrible and i feel unsafe. "The property itself is good for a family wanting to stay in nature, it is very near the beach. Charles the groundkeeper was very nice and can take you on short trips for a small fee.
Having very close access to the beach was a huge plus for us, especially when the tide was out and the kids were able to explore the rocks.

"This place is in a perfect location. A hundred different places to eat within walking distance. I felt pretty safe walking around. Walked back from the Boulevard one night alone with no issues. Actually I felt safer than walking the streets of Phoenix or Minneapolis at night.
Cheap rates, clean rooms, good A/C. The port is super close. Staff is really nice and helpful. Security is great and always greets you. Opens doors ect. No complaints. This is my second time staying here. "
