"Lobby was grand and big, typical of Lotte style. Our first impression of the porter when we get off the taxi, he was grouchy and not welcoming at all. There's also a queuing system for check in if you arrive before the official check in time at 1500. Seldom see this practices in other hotels. Even with the queuing ticket issued, you are only allowed to come back and check in earliest at 1430 onwards. Room was smaller and very dated! No smart TV and only one international plug at the desk area. Safe is also very difficult to use. The bathroom amenities was nice smelling and water pressure really strong. Location wise connected to Lotte mall, lots of restaurants n shops nearby. Definitely convenient. Overall, I think the experience will be even better if they revamp their rooms and consistent customer service throughout"

"Great housekeeping staff and decent location in the middle of the action but management too profit centered day, even asked us to pay a deposit for umbrellas which is a first in all our travels in Asia! Feels like the management company running this property is more consumed by installing an automated dispenser for toothbrushes and charging for every courtesy item we’re accustomed to right as you enter the lobby. We found it cold uninviting and so transactional that we will not be returning. Rooms were cheaply decorated but the housekeeping staff was exceptionally thorough."

"It was unfortunate things continued go wrong throughout our entire stay. Even before checking in, I got a message letting me know their elevator wasn’t working so their staff would be helping us carry our luggage up to our room. When we got there, their main entrance was blocked off and we had to walk up a tiny side alley to get to the front desk. It did not feel like a “hotel”. During our stay, there were so many issues including the WiFi not working that we had to call the front desk multiple times. The staff gave us a small credit to offset the inconvenience but in comparison to the disappointing stay, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless there is a general major overhaul."

"Staff at reception is not as welcoming to begin with, tone is curt and seemingly unapproachable. However, establishment is relatively new and high tech, gives the feel of smart condo living, so be warned if you’re not tech savvy. With that in mind, you’re suggested to be self equipped with the technology provided, communication with staff is least expected. Check out time is strictly at 11am, I appeared at the front desk 30mins over and a 1hr extension is charged without question. Location is not the best either, hotel sits right at the end of the Seomyeon shopping belt, so if you’re arriving on metro be prepared to drag your luggage down the long bumpy pedestrian pavement."

"Good for the price and close to Lotte Department Store and transportation. Free washer and dryer in the hotel was nice for guests, but dryer didn’t work properly and had to go to a laundry mat. It was not easy on rainy day. "
