"Hotel is in a great location 3 minute walk to Nana sky train It’s all about the hotel though. Facilities are excellent and reasonably priced. Every one of the lobby staff are helpful and friendly Had use of club lounge which is a good area to meet others in the evening Would like to give a big thank you to Nita in the club lounge. Really helpful and fun She makes sure everyone is welcomed and really tries to chat to everyone Thanks to all will be back soon "

"Really disappointed with front desk staff. We spent $3000 at this hotel over three days and the staff refused to honor a $15 hotel credit that came with our reservation. Generally good stay overall, but staff should never leave guests feeling unhappy on checkout like this. We travel to Bangkok at least 4-5 per year but will certainly not be returning here!"

"I had the room connect and both smelled of mildew. I think there may be a pipe issue as well but site overall was ok. The check in staff however was outstanding and honestly would book again because of the front desk staff anything we needed or address happened before I could hang up the phone. Excellent customer service "
