"We had a great time in Abruzzo staying at this property. The property has ample space, is very quiet and a great price. It has great views of the valley and is near Sulmona and just an hour from the beaches in Pescara. There is plenty of space and plenty of beds. Having three bathrooms was great. Mark was very helpful and easy to communicate with leading up to the stay and during the stay. If you want to stay in a roomy place to experience a real Italian village this is it. "The location of the property to restaurants was great. However, the property is tucked away on a side street. If arriving after 7 pm, guests should be told not to drive past the Pizzeria on the right since house numbers are difficult to see in the dark."

"very nice vertical house in center of old town. great location near restaurants and coffee shops. very clean. easy access and departure. not a property for people who struggle with stairs. hot water in showers is a little tricky. shower in one of the bathrooms needs a door, and washing machine could use some written instructions. overall, we enjoyed it, and recommend it with the few caveats already mentioned."

The home itself is decorated beautifully and elegantly and the garden and surrounding grounds are so magical. "Siamo stati con degli amici, praticamente siamo stati a casa solo per lavarci e dormire,sul discorso acqua calda aimé è stata una pecca,hanno un piccolo scaldabagno dove il primo giorno mia figlia è rimasta insaponata con acqua gelata,bisogna lavarsi a intervalli di 20 minuti.Per il resto casa trovata molto pulita e profumata."
