Bedroom well appointed but had to make up sofa bed ourselves which was a surprise for an expensive hotel. Outdoor pool lovely, indoor spa facilities limited. Gym ok."

"It was very unprofessional the way the charged me 400+ dollars for damages to the room when everything was there. Nothing missing or physically damaged. Every item was accounted for. Just because I was sick and vomited in the trash can and left a small, mind you I was very sick, cleanable mess, which is there job to clean and sanitize, to ask these prices to replace items that are all accounted for and still in a cleanable condition"

The grounds needed cleaning which did happen while I was at the facility. The only thing if I had to say wasn't to my standard was the shower. The water wasn't hot enough..."
