"Maybe I changed and look for an upgrade. I found bugs under the refrigerator, shower does not have hot water, one of the bed light no working. And struggle finding an outlet for my laptop and 2nd monitor. I think I am getting older and would prefer a quieter stay, not a fan for a 2m next door police activity. "

"The breakfast was nice. Large and clean eating areas. Food was fresh and a lot of variety. Lots of sitting and relaxing areas throughout the hotel. The pool was nice. Not super deep but you can still enjoy a nice dip "

"We were evacuated because of the Spring Fire in Moreno Valley and decided to book a room at this extended stay hotel. The price was not bad and the location was decent. It was nice and clean. Equipped with a full kitchen and nice sized flat screen. It was very quiet which we appreciated after such a long stressful day trying to hurry to get as much as we could to evacuate. Everything was good EXCEPT. We arrived a little after 10pm. I understand the doors were locked due to the time of night. However, there was no sign of when they would return and no one would answer the phones. Once the guy came out at least 15 minutes later he looked like he just woke up from a nap, yawning and disheveled. I told him that me and another family had been waiting and he explained he had to do rounds on the area. I said ok, but maybe you could leave a sign or something next time. After that he became extremely rude and began speaking in a harsh tone as he began the check in process. When I asked questions he responded with an attitude and cut me off at everytime. I let him know we just want to get our room and wanted to understand how things work at an extended stay since we were part of the fires and did not know how long we may need to stay. He continued to be rude and insensitive. Luckily, another employee arrived to the front desk and I asked if she could help me finish completing my check in because he was so rude. He tried to protest, but she saw the tension and took over."

"Parking was perfect and stress free, air conditioning was working, and room was very clean. Everything worked in the room."

"Group stayed in 3 different rooms. All 3 rooms stunk of cigarettes smell even though they said we couldn’t smoke inside. In one room the bathroom door fell of the hinges within the first 5 minutes of arriving. One room had to change the AC because it wasn’t cooling at all and the other two rooms kept the air on at lowest temperature and the highest speed for 3 days straight and it was never cool in the room. In all 3 bathrooms, the floor tiles can come right up and move around. Parking is big but there’s a lot of sus people staying at the hotel and park in the back. "
