"Cabin was quaint and back yard was nice but the cabin smelled awful. Bed had a massive pee stain. Living furniture stunk even after we bought a febreeze fabric spray to try and help. All the furniture with fabric needs replacement. Cute but would not stay again."
"A little outdated, but the couches were old, worn out, and in need of replacement. Bare minimal toiletries, best to bring your own. Beds were comfortable. Trash has to be taken to a disposal site more than 10 mins away. "

"Absolutely loved our stay at Big Bear Lakefront Lodge! The staff (Terry and Marisol) were extremely courteous and accommodating. They offered my family a warm reception when we arrived. The view is amazing!! A beautiful, inspiring panoramic view of the lake and trees. Even better... this cozy lodge is located right smack dab in the heart of Big Bear Lake, literally down the block from the village! The beds are comfortable, room was tidy. Perfect for the family! Big Bear Lakefront Lodge is a gem!! "
"Had a late check-in and Hether was an absolute doll and got to the office super quick. The property itself is beautiful...but just wait until night hits. The soft glow of lights around the property sets an amazing mood. Our cabin (Rustic Romance) was so cozy and inviting. Kichen, utensils, fridge, soap and sponges for dishes...its all there. My one and only gripe is the shower tends to get the floor wet. Other than that, this place has become our escape from city life. "

"We had an incredible time at this property! The hosts were very responsive and at the time of our stay, it was pet friendly. It’s right across from Boulder Bay so we were able to walk to the lake. The house has a pool table and board games for our school aged children to play. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and taking in the beautiful view!! We were also just a short drive into town! "

"We had an amazing stay at this cozy cabin in Big Bear! The location couldn’t be better—tucked away in a peaceful, scenic area, yet just minutes from the lake, hiking trails, and the village. It was the perfect balance of nature and convenience.The cabin itself was cozy, inviting, and clean. It had that classic mountain charm with all the modern comforts we needed for a relaxing stay. Whether we were sipping coffee on the deck in the morning or enjoying a movie night on the couch, everything felt just right.Our host was absolutely wonderful—always responsive, kind, and accommodating. From booking to check-out, communication was seamless and thoughtful.We genuinely didn’t want to leave, and we’re already talking about when we can come back. This cabin is a true gem, and we’ll definitely be returning for another getaway soon!"
