"The hotel itself was great. The only problem was that there was no microwave available in our room nor in the coffee room at the hotel lobby. So if you bring food or have leftovers from a restaurant don’t expect to eat it warm again unless you have a suite. Not cool. The majority hotels now a days have both fridge and microwave for their guests. Or available in their coffee or breakfast lounge area. Our fridge in the room broke down and they never got it to work properly during our three day stay. So I may choose a different hotel for my next visit to big bear Lake. I would like to be able to warm my food without breaking the bank. 💯"

"The internet does not show that the resort is under construction. We stayed in the hotel portion instead of an individual bungalow. However, we were not disturbed by any construction noise. The hotel section was very nice, clean and had great air conditioning. I would suggest putting a clock on the nightstand. Also, even though checkout is 11am, our key was disabled when we returned from breakfast at 10:45am. We had to drive to the office and get the key reactivated so we could get our belongings. But I would stay there again. It's in a very good location."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was beautiful! Spacious and spotless. Gorgeous view of the lake, especially at sunset! Had a small glitch with the check in keypad but the management company helped us immediately. And a neighbor was gracious enough to share their driveway for our third car as we had family coming in from three different directions. "Game room" is a bit of a stretch but there lots of other things for the kids to do. Would highly recommend!"
