"This property is very poorly maintained. Stuffing coming out of the sofa, poorly cleaned. Cracks in the tile and grout in the bathrooms. Furniture was old. Worse was the fact that the heat didn't work. The thermostat was an antique as was the furnace. We couldn't stay there and had to leave and find other accommodations. However, even if the heater had worked, Im doubtful that it had enough life in it to heat the place."

Lagonita Lodge

10/10 Excellent

"Best place to stay at big bear. Period."

Ayres Hotel Chino Hills – Ontario

10/10 Excellent

"What a lovely, clean and luxurious hotel. While it's situated not too far from a freeway, don't let this put you off. The large rooms are lovely and quiet, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom nicely appointed with clean linens. The pool and hot tub are similarly kept to a high standard and offer a relaxing welcome. Breakfast was again lovely, with a hard working, but efficient team serving up personalised hot plates of burritos, eggs etc. We'd definitely stay there, anytime we're in the area. Five stars!"
