"The lodge was very nice. Loved the location right on Big Bear Lake. Our room was very roomy, clean and comfortable. Good view of the lake. Only issue we had was with a late check in. Lodge staff was very apologetic. Expedia did make it right. Just take precautions if you will be arriving outside lobby hours. Otherwise loved our stay. "

"Excellent value for the price. The beds are comfortable, the grounds are beautiful, the staff is wonderful, and the buffet breakfast is outstanding. As an added bonus, they offer a complimentary airport shuttle. We stayed here while visiting our daughter and were so impressed that we’ve already booked another stay for December. Bravo, Ontario Airport Inn—you exceeded our expectations!"

"The breakfast was good and had a nice verity to chose from. House cleaning was not very good. I had a five day stay and the room was only vacuumed once and not very well that time. I returned at 3:30 pm on my last day and my room had not been cleaned, fortunately I saw someone from house cleaning and she said she would clean on her way out. I was not able to sleep due to the noise of equipment or some kind of machinery cycling on and off constantly. I texted the desk a few times and they said they would have maintenance check it out but from my knowledge they never came. I must say my stay was not very pleasant. "

"Very nicely renovated hotel with clean rooms and lobby. Rooms are spacious, clean and easily accessible to the main lobby. The main lobby is nice and cute with a small coffee and breakfast bar. Joshua tree west entrance is just about 20mins away. If you get a room on the first floor though, you will hear upstairs guests if they are loud at night. But otherwise the hotel is nice and beautiful "
