"We loved staying at this place. Not too big and not too small. Just right and very comfy!"

"The place was nice and clean. I was expecting my security deposit back and I did not receive it cause I was charged for some towels and bed sheet that was stained $225 dollars not fair! Even tho we fixed the broken handle on the stove and our door went bad since the fridge didn't keep our food cold enough. I did not want to complain cause I really they wasn't gonna play me with my deposit but that was very unfair all of that comes off in the wash I'm sure "

"We had a wonderful weekend at the Beach Villa home. The location was superb, and the place was clean and inviting. Depending on your vacation preferences, it's worth noting that the two bedrooms are quite small, with limited space around the bed. However, the mattresses were comfortable, and the corner windows helped alleviate any feelings of tightness, especially in the room with the northwest-facing view of the ocean. (lovely!) Despite the snug sleeping arrangements, the four of us enjoyed...

"The unit was beautiful with windows and two bedrooms. The place was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the deck. It was perfect for meeting our needs three girlfriends traveling together. We enjoyed the pool and the terrace deck as well. I’m glad I chose this location."

"The place was updated, clean and tidy. The rooms are as portrayed in the listing and it’s a nice neighborhood. We didn’t have any challenge with parking but be aware of the time limitations. Noise in the front bedroom was the biggest issue for us. Between street and neighborhood night noise, the room is difficult to sleep in. The back bedroom is quiet and the pull out bed in the couch is also available and quiet. I think the place could be improved by a soundproof curtain in that front alcove....

"House was perfect. Location great just as advertised. Plenty of room for four adults. Came to watch two baseball games. Although we did not use kitchen it was rather nicely equipped. Neighborhood was good and car safe in gated garage. Also great communication with owner. Thanks Steve"

"The house is comfortable with great views of the ocean. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Very clean. The only was the beds are a bit hard for our liking and the parking garage is a very tight fit if you are a mid-size or larger vehicle. You may have to park on the street, which is not a big deal. Overall a nice place to stay. Will stay there again."

"Our stay was perfect. The studio had everything we needed and more. It was the perfect base for our adventures as first timers to San Francisco. The location was convenient, safe and quiet. Parking was easy. Stuart and family were wonderful hosts. We actually added a night to our original stay. We would definitely stay here again."

"My only problem was that the heater was on non-stop the 1st night and i had no access to control it. The other thing that turned me off was the mice poop in the shower…..i can send a picture if needed…but that is gross. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable, the wifi worked, the t.v. was fine."

"Place was clean, but that is about it. amenites advertized were not accessible, thye double charges us: charges us for the stay as well as what we paid, then accused of stealing a table, leaving "poop" behind, (which we did not do either charges us $400.00 additional cleaning) charges us for a key that was returned, and we were there for less than 4 days..."

"Overall this was a good value to stay in the area. There was some noise next door and access to the room was not the greatest, stairs to the second story behind the building. However, overall it was a great value and the host was very nice and helpful. The location was also very good, close to Stanford and Facebook,etc."

"Needed short rental due to house fumigation. This was close to our home and provided what we needed for 3 days. Host was amenable to a couple of not usual requests. Parking area turn around is tight. Better to back in from street. Overall great for 2 people"

"Was in town for a very short work trip. Long days and short nights. It was nice to have those nights be in a very quiet, comfortable place. Check in was very easy, all info was sent to me prior with perfect instructions. Apartment was clean and cozy. Would 100% stay again on my next trip out!"

"Couldn't have been a better stay. The view is exceptional and peaceful. The property was clean, and exactly as advertised. The homeowner that lives upstairs was quiet. if you look at the pictures, you'll know exactly what you're getting, and it's less than 5 minutes to major roadways. I will 100% stay here again the next time I am in the area."
