"Property said it had transportation from airport to hotel and we confirmed this transfer 3 times prior to arriving , but we’re still left at the airport without a pick up. We hired a taxi to take us to hotel. Description also said free area shuttle. Yet when I asked about the shuttle to go to the park, I was told they would call us a taxi which we paid for again. "I loved this hotel. I was able to walk to the airport which was a nice change. But it is not noisy because they done take off from the airport often. The breakfast was lovely, fresh fruit, eggs with a marvelous view. The room is very nice and comfortable. The staff was great and Lindsey was beyond helpful.
