"The hotel is located in a super weird commercial building. The rooms were right next to the Argentinian consulate in an office building, which was weird and it meant it was super annoying to get to — you had to buzz the front door and the go up a set of stairs to reach a designated elevator. But worst of all, the concierge convinced us to spend an additional 50 euros to upgrade the room with “Duomo view” and told us it’s “really special” and that the bed was extra amazing. "The host was there to greet us on arrival. Easy and secure access to the apartment via small lift. The apartment is beautifully appointed and is very comfortable. "Ich hatte eine Doppelbettzimmer für mich und meine Freundin gebucht, stattdessen kriege ich zunächst einen Zimmer mit einem Hochbett, weil das andere Zimmer anderweitig in Verwendung war... nach langem diskutieren haben wir dann aufeinmal doch ein Doppelbett Zimmer bekommen. Der Geruch im Zimmer war sehr sehr Eklig! Wir mussten die ganzen Fenster öffnen um gut durchzulüften, nur leid kamen nun die Mücken rein .... Die Bettwäsche und das Bad war ebenfalls nicht sauber und der Boden auch nicht...

"Due to COVID i was not able to travel, US citizens are not allowed in Italy. I reached out to both Hotels.com and Locanda al Duomo. Hotels.com responded they would follow up, haven't heard in a week. Locanda al Duomo did not respond to my messages through hotels.com. My credit card was charged."
