"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel in Guanajuato! The location was perfect, the hotel was charming and beautifully maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Our room was comfortable, clean, and had so much character. Guanajuato is such a beautiful city, and staying here made our experience even more special. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Guanajuato!"

"The staff from the reception desk to the the sky bar were all amazing and very helpful throughout my stay. The food was really good aswell. I loved the fact that they offered day pass for visitors the are not staying at hotel so they can use pool and gym. I will definitely be coming back."

"I would recommend changing the breakfast menu every so often. The breakfast buffet was basically the same foods every day. The fruit also. Changing to have more of a variety. Having ice available for guests would also be a plus instead of drinking room temperature water and juices. Other than that, our stay was amazing."
