"The food was subpar, especially for how expensive it was. I ordered a margherita pizza which typically has fresh tomatoes and fresh basil on it. What I got was an overcooked cheese pizza.
The bass in the music was booming.
There was no wine by the glass.
The service at the restaurant was terrible. I went in again at dinner time and never was seen. I left and ended it trying to buy a bag of pistachios at the grab and go, but the credit card machine didn’t work.
I gave three stars because the room was fine, and the service at the front desk provided by Natalia was superb. The shuttle service was also very nice.
The restaurant, especially because there’s no place else to eat nearby, negatively impacted my stay."
