"Wir hatten ein zweistöckiges Familienappartment mit drei Duschbädern, Küche, Wohnzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmern...sehr komfortabel. Alles war sauber und ordentlich, teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber nicht störend. Tolle Poolanlage. Frühstück für deutsche Verhältnisse okay. Das Personal überaus freundlich und bemüht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kritikpunkt: auf der Terrasse gab es keine Sonnenschirme, was es uns leider unmöglich machte, dort auch mal etwas Zeit zu verbringen. "

"We loved staying here and the staff was amazing. Unfortunately the weather didn't allow us to enjoy being outside in their gorgeous gardens much but we did have some spectacular views of Siena when we did. We didn't realize when we booked how far from city centre we would be, but the good thing was that the bus picked us up at the bottom of the driveway and for 1.70 each took us to the city centre . Also, even though the loft in our unit was beautiful, i didn't expect that the washroom...

"I cannot say enough about this hotel...it is one of my best memories of Florence. From the beautiful garden/terrace to the wonderful staff it was amazing. Location is a bit out of the busy touristy area but close enough to walk to see many things. We loved to join fellow guests in the garden for wine in the evening or good coffee in the morning ( self serve coffee 24 hours which I loved as we are early risers). "Beautiful well maintained location! Amazing views! The breakfast buffet was great and so large! Particularly loved the orange juice and cappuccino machines. The restaurant on site has the same menu for lunch and dinner so pro tip eat lunch at the bar with a different menu if you aren’t going out. The shuttle only goes to San Gimignano and runs at 10, 11:15, 1:30 and 5:15. We wish there was a 3PM option but taking public transport is cheap and easy. This is an amazing place to stay to visit...

"Room quite small Bathroom adequate The building itself is very complicated to get to the roof Terrace and the gym with different elevators The combination of the student accommodation and hotel is okay, but not a great fit The bar on the roof is open to the public which is fair enough but they should prioritise hotel guest which they don’t given the fact that we’re paying to stay there they should. "The staff were outstanding. Got there 2 hours early to drop our cases and the receptionist found a room so we were able to check in early. Very good location, quiet but close to centre and breakfast was amazing. Lovely touch having a coffee machine in our large and airy room. Bathroom products smelt wonderful, apparently they are specially made for the hotel. Would definitely stay here again."
