"Reception staff were amazing. Helpful, friendly and very professional. Room was basic but what you would expect at this price point. The rooftop bar and restaurant had a great atmosphere and friendly service, not to mention fantastic views. Hotel itself is situated a couple of minutes walk from the leaning tower and is surrounded by shops and restaurants. Very glad we chose to stay here."

Clean, comfy beds, perfect duvet for keeping at a decent temperature. Nice croissants in morning from mini market. Tasty pizza and pasta at restaurant. Son loved the panna cotta. Staff are top notch.
