"Was absolutely perfect for a Solo traveller. They offered a brilliant room service where they regularly cleaned the room and stocked water and snacks in the room. Lovely to come back from a long day of walking to a cleaned room. The temperature in the room was perfect - bearing in mind the temperature in Rome averaged 21 degrees when I went. Communication with the owners/receptionist was easy. About a 12 minute walk from the colosseum and all for such a reasonable price. Would recommend to any solo traveller who wants to go to Rome. "

Although there was a delay in our check-in due to some service being done in our room, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of while we waited. They were kind, accommodating, and genuinely interested in helping us have a good stay. What stood out the most was their great sense of humour and how approachable they were—it really made us feel at ease and welcomed from the moment we arrived. It’s clear that they care about their guests and take pride in their work. Little gestures like that make all the difference, and we truly appreciated it. "Very quiet unit provided the neighboring rooms are not occupied as bathrooms are in the hallway. This place is really clean offering daily maid cleanup. Nice to see basic cups, glasses for drinks to facilitate guests if possible in the future. I prefer to have an electric power bar for USB phone charging instead of needing to remove the bed side lamp plugin for my phone charging. "

"We loved this cozy apartment. It’s on the smaller side but was perfect for the two of us! The balcony was heavenly! Spent many nights enjoying wine on the balcony surrounded by the beautiful fragrant flowers, mini lemon tree and orange blossoms! Great little pizzeria right downstairs! Highly recommend!"
