We had the suite and the room was absolutely gorgeous! The Wi-Fi barely worked at all which was a little frustrating since we traveled from America and didn’t have cell service, but it was fine. The website also states it has laundry facilities, which is misleading because it does not nor so they actually provide laundry service. They outsource dry-cleaning but don’t advertise that in the fine print. It hard to get around in the area and the public transportation were all on strike so prepare...

The Glam hotel was a great place to stay. Within walking distance to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and the Pantheon. It took us about 15-20 mins by cab to get to the Vatican. Make sure to do the skip the line tours at the Vatican and Colosseum - and do them early am. The glam is near good shopping and restaurants. The staff was also very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and the room was very clean.

The hotel is located on one the greatest piazza in Rome (Piazza Navona) surrounded by food and shopping and history only a few blocks from the Pantheon. This new hotel is clean, spacious, and inviting. The staff are eager to assist and polite to a fault. The breakfast on the terrace overlooking the Piazza was delightful. Sunset on the 5th floor roof deck was breathtaking. Do not miss this hotel.

What a perfect introduction to Rome for our kids, staying right in mine and my husband’s favorite piazza. Our room (apartment, really) was spacious, clean, and surprisingly quiet for the location. We appreciated the helpful and friendly staff, and having an in-room espresso maker. One of my children had a cold so we had to take it easy one day, and having a smart TV where we could access our Netflix account helped - although we wouldn't normally care, it was great to entertain a sick kid....
