"Hotel with good service and more or less right at the beach. The hotel is really clean and good condition but it is a little dated. The beds are rock hard to sleep on sadly. "Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Aber leider war es das auch schon. Das Zimmer war so klein, dass man kaum treten konnte, die Hygiene ungenügend: Teppichboden total fleckig, im Zahnputzbecher waren Bartstoppeln, Toilettenbürste hätte dringend getauscht werden müssen. Zimmer ist klimatisiert, dafür sind die Gänge im Flur und der Frühstücksraum total heiß. "Fantastic location for exploring the citadel and all the old winding streets of San Marino - literally a five minute walk to the old town. Hotel car parking was straight forward and certainly worth while as we were arriving late afternoon and all the public car parks were full - if you’re driving then worth booking! "The staff left the heating Sistema on and the room was extremely hot when we arrived. The air conditioner could not cool the room because of the heat inside and outside. The staff helped but the experience was not what we expected. I would not visit this property again. I would have to say breakfast was good and the Expedia staff was very accommodating and helpful, but the hotel has properties outside the Mail building and they are not as comfortable and a regular hotel room"
