"Honestly this is the most unprofessional “stay” i have ever encountered. Apparently the listing was “taken off” and shouldn’t have been available. The owner did not reach out or say anything and when I tried to reach out, my calls were saying they were not accepting calls. It took me going to the property to see another guest having the same problem as myself. We had to get a phone number from separate guests staying downstairs just to get a hold of the owner who still did not help in getting a...

"The owner did not communicate at all. My friend and I sat outside of someone's home for 45 min waiting for an access code that never came because despite us being at the address listed and the building being the same in the pictures, the resident had no idea what was going on. At least I got my money back after my reservation was canceled by the owner AFTER our check in time - leaving us stranded in a far away city with nowhere to stay. This experience ruined my trip to San Francisco. Stay away."
