"We throughly enjoyed our stay at The Gosen Mountain home. Betty and Eduardo were the ultimate hosts. Betty is a top notch chef from her lasagna to homemade ice cream. Eduardo was always available for questions and to fix any issues (not many issues). We also enjoyed the dogs and meeting some of their family and friends. We will most definitely stay here again. They became like family to us. the location was close to San Jose but far enough away and up the mountain to enjoy peace and cooler...

"The accomodations were clean, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is compact but has everything we need. The hot water in the shower was often nonexistent. We had to take cold and lukewarm showers. We stayed two consecutive weekends. The dryer was broken the first weekend. We reported it and requested it be fixed for next time. A week later, it was not fixed. This was challenging as we were relying on doing laundry and airdrying didn't work due to the high humidity and lack of air...
