"If you’re in the area, this is a gem. The pictures don’t do justice for the size and quality of this home. All of the Hosts - online and onsite- are super nice. Highly recommend."

"Our family booked on of the houses on the property, and another family friends of ours booked another one. Our only regret is that we didn't have enough time to spend at the property! The houses were fantastic and the property is absolutely beautiful!!! The hosts are always available to answer questions or to get a soda or Belikin from. We would recommend to anyone looking in this area!"

"Beautiful property within a community still being built. This is going to be a fantastic development when fully finished. You definitely will need a 4-wheel drive vehicle to access it (especially in the rainy season). Comfy beds and pillows, cool A/C, lovely pool, beautiful views, all the comforts of home away from home. Stay here, you will not be disappointed! Enjoy!!!"

"Nice property especially for visiting Rio on Pools and the ruins. The chef was magnificent. Would be even better for families with kids as there was a lot for them to enjoy."

"Rio Mantra was the perfect place for us stay. It offered quiet and seclusion, without being too far from town. The house, pool and hospitality were amazing. Hadas and Annabel made us feel welcome and the communication was perfect. We would definitely stay here again, if we come back to visit Belize. "

We were celebrating our 30th anniversary and we can say that the folks at the Villa, our host, Larry, Chef Melanie, and darling little Lucy made this the most epic anniversary of all time for us.
