  • In the heart of Isla Verde (San Juan`s nicest beach), walking distance to restaurants, beach bars, nightlife, stores, supermarkets, bakeries, casino and we have a bus stop in our building that takes you to Old San Juan for less than a $1. Area is very lively. No need to rent a car.
    Beautiful 1 bedroom apt with million $ view, washer & dryer, parking and beachfront pool. Building Marbella del Caribe is the most popular in the area b/c of its location and amenities. 24/7 security.



    All bookings are contingent on signing an online short-term rental agreement, completing an online check-in form, and uploading an ID. This must be done before entering the property.
    Check-in time is at 4:00 pm
    Check-out time is at 11:00 am
    NO SMOKING: Smoking is NOT allowed on the Property, the balcony, or common areas. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.
    BALCONY RAILINGS: The building does not allow anyone to hang clothes, towels, mops, or other artifacts on the balcony railings. A $100 fine will be charged if violated.
    NO PETS: No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated, and you will be expelled from the property.
    Stained towels & linens will be charged at $20 per towel and $50 per bed sheet
