Perfectly clean property remodeled and new furnishings. Security 24 hours, swimming pool, basket, tennis and playground. Walking distance you will find: beach, restaurants & bars, pharmacy, grocery, fast foods and convenience stores.
Close to all attractions that you will need for your vacation, Yunque rainforest is only a five minute drive away. bio luminous kayaking in Fajardo , walking distance to La pared surfing beach. Any attraction that you will need will be available to you.

ADVICE: YOU MUST RENT A CAR AT THE TIME YOU DO YOUR RESERVATION OR BEFORE, TO BE SURE YOU HAVE GROUND TRANSPORTATION. HIGHLY RECOMENDED!!!!!

Beautiful view. Clean and updated, looks better and brighter in person than the pics. Comes with everything you need and then some. Just needs some extra hooks so you can dry all the wet stuff. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Beautiful property, stunning views and fully equipped. Abdul was prompt to reply to any questions we had. 24 hour doorman, property was safe and welcoming. We enjoyed the beaches and the local bars and restaurants.

Great accommodations overall. Wonderful central location. We visited San Juan one day, and found lots of hiking nearby. Access to beach was phenomenal. And that view!! Would stay again

The host was excellent! He was great at communicating. This property had everything we needed for our stay. Beach chairs, towels, cooler plus every pot and pan for the kitchen. The view was great!

My stay

As soon as we walked into the room the ocean was right there. I couldn’t have asked for a more picturesque view. The only issue was that the bathroom door did not close.

Loved this place!

First! It has many of the items needed for the beach, towels, chairs, cooler and bags to take to the beach. The unit was very clean, beware that to sit on the balcony you need to turn off the mini split or you will cook. Also, make sure to get a parking pass at the gate and check in at the desk, we didn’t know that and had a kind of rude reception from the security team. Loved this unit and the area, great pastry shop around the corner with amazing frappes!

The View!!!

The pictures in the listing do not do this place justice! The view is absolutely stunning. The condo itself is very clean and is bigger than what the pictures portray. The bed and pillows are very comfy. The air conditioner is in the bedroom which made sleeping great. The rest of the condo doesn't have air. It was hot/stuffy/humid at times but there was a nice breeze from the ocean. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, cookware, a small coffee maker, etc. Plenty of bath towels and hand towels for 2 of us for the week. We brought extra wash cloths and we did use them. There's a cooler to use and two beach chairs. There is security to get into the parking lot and more security to get into the building. Once checked in, you can drive right in and use your key to get into the building. Location is great. About 35 min from the airport. Close to a grocery store, restaurants, the rain forest, etc. The owner was easy to reach and very pleasant. My only complaint: The popular amenities list a washer and dryer. It is not in the condo or even in the building. It's a coin laundry near the building - just down the road from the parking lot. And there is not a spa tub. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. I would recommend this condo and location!

Wonderful stay in beautiful Luquillo

The property is actually nicer than the pictures. Amazing view out the balcony and a nice table and stools out there for breakfast overlooking the ocean. Well-equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed. AC in bedroom was great and quiet. Fan in living room was all that was needed given the great breezes off of the water. Been coming to Luquillo since 1979. Playa Azul is a great location with many wonderful restaurants nearby, and great facilities (pool, bball court) on the property. Only addition I would recommend is a basketball! Loved our stay.

Beautiful but had no check-in information

Beautiful! The property was very accurate to the listing. The only negative was I received no check-in information or instructions. The positive to that was, the property manager was very easy to get in touch with and responded quickly to all communications. We were able to call to get the door code and he responded promptly to text messages. We would definitely stay again.

Another Incredible stay in this condo!

This was our second stay in this condo. We felt the need to return here after our first incredible stay here, last year. (Please scroll down to my first -still accurate- review dated March 25, 2023.) Very clean property and condo, with the friendliest staff. The location is perfect, with so much to do in such a short drive. We visited El Yunque again, and this time did a self-guided walking tour of Old San Juan, that was truly stunning. Again, the view from the condo and balcony is over-whelmingly beautiful! Obviously, I would definitely stay here again!

Had a great time!

I carefully read all of the reviews before selecting this property. I can attest the previous reviews were right! A charming, very clean apartment with a gorgeous view of the ocean, it also had all of the amenities one would need for a beach vacation. We were looking for a place that was quiet, uncrowded yet within driving distance to other attractions and it didn't disappoint. We had a small glitch connecting to the Wi-Fi but the owner was very responsive and helped to resolve the matter quickly. One suggestion: keep a sheet with instructions on how to connect to the Wi-Fi next to the router. Had a great time and appreciate the owner going over and above to ensure our stay was memorable!

Incredible stay!!

We spent an incredible week at this apartment. The ocean view from the balcony is positively gorgeus! We found the apartment to be very clean and well-stocked with everything we could have needed for our stay. The furnishings and decor are more pleasant in-person. The bedroom has the most comfortable bed with the quietest A/C unit, that never interfered with the soft sound of the ocean. The complex is very well-maintained and everyone (including security, residents and other visitors) was very friendly. Location!! Easy drive from the airport. Easy, short drive for amazing restaurants, street food, kiosks and groceries. There are activities every where, including jet ski rentals, horseback riding and El Yunque (also breathtaking). We visited five different beaches, each with it's own personality and agree that the beach directly infront of the apartment is the best! This location can not be beat! Communication with host, Abdel was easy and pleasant. He was available if needed. Though once checked-in, his place had everything we needed! His place is truly "a gem" and I highly recommend it. Thank you for an incredible week!

A taste of paradise

We have been coming to this location for many years this is one of the cleanest units we have stayed in. The owner has done a great job adding a few extra amenities like oven and microwave. This unit has been updated with soft muted tones. 10/10

Gorgeous view!

We stayed at this property for a week and enjoyed it very much. A highlight was having breakfast on the balcony with an incredible view of the beach. Apartment was convenient to local dining, grocery store, drug store, and beach. The apartment was well equipped with everything you need for a beach vacation, including 2 comfortable beach chairs and a small cooler for a picnic lunch. This is in one of 3 buildings that have good parking and security, as well as beach access, outdoor showers to rinse off after the beach, and a swimming pool. The owner was very responsive with the few questions we had while we were there.
