A nightmare

We were givin a room that looked like someone else was stay in it unmade bed with a footprint on the sheets dirty and wet towels under the bedsheets that was suppose to be on the bed..but i can say when we contact the host she immediately changed our room was not the best but a better room..I do not plan on staying there again
