WE ARE LOCATED RIGHT ON ISLA VERDE BEACH. THE BEST BEACH IN THE SAN JUAN AREA WHERE YOU CAN RENT JET SKIS, PARASAILING, BANANA BOATS ETC.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. A FEE OF $200 WILL BE CHARGED TO REMOVE ODOR. THIS IS A PRIVATE RENTAL WITH A RESERVED PARKING SPACE IN A HOTEL SETTING
THIS STUDIO IS RENTED FOR TWO PERSONS ONLY.

NO PETS ALLOWED. EXTRA CHARGE OF $225 FOR DOGS OR ANY ANIMAL TO PROPERLY CLEAN THE AREA.

CHECK-IN IS AT 3 OR 4 PM DUE TO CLEANING REGULATIONS FOR ROOMS. WHEN THE ROOM IS READY I WILL TEXT YOU. USUALLY, IT IS EARLIER THAN 3PM

Recently remodeled studio with one King bed and two recliners. Equipped kitchen, high-speed Internet, cable 55' Smart TV wall-mounted, large balcony, AC and a Reserved Parking Space in the underground garage. Located on the beach at the ESJ Towers just 5 minutes from the International Airport and next door to the resort hotels the Royal Sonesta San Juan Hotel and the Fairmont Hotel San Juan. We provide linen and towels. Please note that there is no daily room service during your rental as this is a Private Owner rental.

Within a short walk to Chili's, Pizza Hut, Church's Chicken, Burger King, Subway, Cold Stone Creamery, Taco Bell, Wendy's, CVS, Pueblo Supermarket open 24 hrs., El Metropol and Mi Casita Restaurant serving favorite Puerto Rican delights. Great for a romantic vacation in tropical, sunny Puerto Rico. Comfortable for only two persons. Non-smoking persons only, no pets. PS. Spectacular beachfront view - the best on the Island! The condo is located right on the beach where you can rent water sports such as ski jets, and parasailing.

Would not stay here again, and would not recommend it. First of all location is just not that great, but this is not hosts's fault. No beach access from property after 7PM, you have to walk around to find public access. My main complaint is the condition of the place, and cleanliness. We rented this place because it was offering a kitchen. Well, everything in the kitchen belongs in the garbage. Burned pots, scratched old burned chipping teflon pans (TERRIBLE for health), no kettle to make hot water/tea, not even a cutting board! mismatched silverware, dirty espresso cups all stained. Cabinets have paneling held up by tape.... silverware holder had massive holes from the knives it in. I mean, if someone offered you anything from this kitchen for free, you wouldn't take it. I swear it was cleaner when I left. Bathroom was not properly cleaned - during the first shower there was sand running down the drain, and it wasn't from me. Oh, and the medicine cabinet had someone's personal items - open box of tampons, used mouthwash and other things. Just gross. I feel like I came to stay in someone's apartment and they weren't expecting me. And one last thing, the host asks that doors to the patio stay closed while AC is on, or that you turn off the AC if doors are open. Fair requests. However, if you leave the doors open, bugs get in. If you leave the doors closed and AC on, you are blasted by the hot air and noise from the running AC compressor on the balcony.

Host is very responsive and organized. The pool is closed at this location and the building is in need of repairs. However, the location is incredible and the views are to die for. The coffee shop in the lobby is great and it is walking distance to many good restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had an incredible honeymoon!

VRBO Review: 10 Star View (Top Floor)Overall Recommendation: Highly Recommended (5/5 for Price, View & Service)This unit offers an unforgettable experience, starting with the unbeatable high rise view (ocean, city lights, mountains, and even passing planes—truly "just wow"). The location is unparalleled: you’re standing on the beach in under 5 minutes, and proximity to the airport, highways, and shopping is excellent. We also felt 100% safe thanks to on-site security. The hostess was amazing and highly communicative (10/10 service). The building staff were friendly, with fast elevators and reserved parking simplifying arrival. The unit itself is dated but immaculate, clean, and bug-free. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the many places to plug in devices.However, be aware of a few key issues: our only significant complaint is the sliding doors do not seal. This allowed hot drafts and, in the wind, they howled like wounded dogs, waking us up. Additionally, the AC condenser made the balcony consistently very hot, limiting relaxing stays. The hot water was only warm (finicky operation), and there is no on-site laundry. The provided pillows were uncomfortable.Guest Tips: Bring beach cups, a cooler, and your own beach chairs/umbrella (rentals are 20/day). The unit is well-stocked with kitchen essentials (dishes, ice trays). Despite the minor maintenance issues, the view and amazing service make this property highly recommended.

Had such a wonderful time!!! So much just with in walking distance. We always get a rental car so parking was imported for us. There was a parking garage with a reserved space which was nice and convenient. Old San Juan was less then a 15 minute drive and the Airport is within a 10 minute drive. Beaches were clean, room was clean, bathroom was clean. There were bath and beach towels provided and well as extra blankets. This is a great place for a relaxing and romantic getaway!

Im very familiar with ESJ towers having stayed there multiple time in prior years. Isabel's place was very well-cleaned, with amazing view.She had everything you would need. I would say the only small issue was the hvac system located in balcony made it almost impossible to enjoy the outside area. Too bad cause its really is an amazing view from the top floor!

Host and location is amazing. The stay will have everything you might need as well. Clean, convenient parking, restaurants nearby, staff is friendly and accommodating, and the location makes this all worth the while. Cant forget the view which is a 10/10

We were here for a family wedding. It was such a cozy place to stay. Our favorite was have the big glass windows in the living room. It had an amazing view of the lake. Everything was so clean. The beds were very comfortable. We would stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great Beach Option

Loved the proximity to the beach. Not a ton of restaurant options in the immediate area but it’s only a short ride (10-15 min) to Old San Juan. The place itself was clean and the view was incredible. Would definitely recommend if you’re planning to visit Luquillo/El Yunque as it’s little bit closer of drive than OSJ area.

Everything was as great as described. Especially the view.

The view of the beach from the condo balcony was stunning. Of course we spent plenty of time on the beach. The property was also ideally situated within walking distance of several restaurants I had chosen before the trip and was surprised were so close. They included Mi Casita and El Bistro Cafe. A large grocery store was within two blocks of the condo building. We were able to get to a restaurant and back to the airport for our return trip using a public bus that we caught right out front on Avenida Isla Verde. At the time it was free. It is normally only .75 cents. Overall, we had a fantastic time.

Right on the Beach

We stayed for a week for a wedding. The view from from the patio was a million dollar view. We enjoyed sitting out in the early morning and evening. The place was well equipped including the kitchen. The beach is right there. Just walk out the back of the property and your on the beach. I would suggest if the beach is where you will be bring your own beach towels. Also great communication with the owner. When I had any questions, I could just text her. And she would answer me quickly. I would definitely stay here again.I would stay here again

Wonderful view of the ocean! Room is cute and tropical. Great neighborhood with stores and restaurants. 5 minutes from airport. Wonderful and communicative host. Pool is out of commission but this is not in hosts conrol..view and beach on your door step makes it worth it.

This apartment is located on the 17th floor (Penthouse level) of the ESJ Towers. The balcony view from this apartment is spectacular! You get a view of a long stretch of the Isla Verde Beach. Cannot imagine a better view in all of San Juan. The apartment itself was a well maintained studio apartment with a full size fridge as well as a stove. The bathroom is small but functional. WiFi was good enough for streaming movies. There is an underground parking spot reserved for this apartment (we did not use). Amenities in the building include a small cafe where one can get breakfast. There is a bar in the lobby as well. Laundry facilities are in the basement (have to go through the parking garage; buy tokens at the lobby desk. As of March 2023, you need 1 token for washer and 1 for dryer; each token cost $3). There is direct access to the beach from the building lobby - you need an armband to access the beach via the lobby. There are many restaurants within easy walking distance of the ESJ building. There is a Pueblo grocery store close to the ESJ Tower building and multiple Pharmacies within walking distance as well. I highly recommend staying at Isabel's apartment. I would not hesitate to stay there again when I return to San Juan!

The only reason for 4 start was no pool (although we knew ahead of time) everything else was outstanding and Isabel could not have been more helpful
