The biggest complaint I have is that it’s advertised as having a breakfast buffet even with pictures (multiple pictures for that matter) of a dining room, food and coffee machines, fruit, etc… And they have nothing, that was the main reason I reserved this place. False advertisement!! "

"Great location for sightseeing and a few blocks to train station- this worked well for our day trip to Florence by fast train and walking distance to shopping, the national museum of Rome and short bus or uber ride to all tours and areas we wanted to visit. Quiet hotel great for sleeping. Next time I would request a room with a better view- we faced a wall. We were spoiled by the staff- everyone was very friendly and caring! "

"Rooms could do with being updated - found it odd that there was on only two plug outlets nether of them by the bed. All plug outlets were hanging out the wall broken but luckily they still worked! Staff were really friendly as my girlfriend is gluten free. "
