"We didn’t get to have breakfast as we had to catch an early flight. We did however order room service the night before and let me tell you it’s not worth it. I paid $28 for a tiny cup of Mac n cheese. I also order 2 cans of soda was charge for 2 but only received 1. Otherwise the stay was good"

"It is close to the airport and restaurants are within walking distance. Our room was very spacious and clean with everything we needed. The man at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The shuttle driver that picked us up at the airport was extra helpful and brought our luggage all the way into the hotel. Now, the driver that picked us up at the hotel was extremely rude. My husband has a mobility scooter that folds up and fits in the back. The driver did not want to deal with it and kept yelling at us that we needed to order a disability van. The man at the front desk ordered it for us. I was showing the driver how the scooter could fit and he grabbed it while my hand was on it and violently tossed the scooter so it rolled over and in the process I hurt my hand. This is a very expensive scooter! He was also rude to the other passengers in the shuttle. He drove like a maniac and we were so frazzled when we arrived at the airport. The United employees at the airport were exemplary. I would definitely stay at the hotel again if I could be assured we wouldn’t have that driver!"
