"I recently stayed at your property and wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience. While the overall stay was pleasant, I found that the customer service could have been better. Several amenities that were promised as part of the package, such as breakfast and an airport shuttle, were not provided. Additionally, the pool area is in need of maintenance. I believe honest reviews are important to help future guests make informed decisions and to improve the quality of service.
