"We needed a place close to the train and bus stations as we did many 1 days trips and that place is perfect. Just few minutes away. Very quiet. Balcony.TV. AC etc. Big apartments fully equipped with all you need. Even a washing machine with provided washing gel is amazing addition. Well done. Close to supermarkets and restaurants way cheaper than the city centre. The city center is also on walking distance. We had a great stay. "

"Palazzo Sovrana in Palermo was our favourite place to stay in all of Sicily. We were given a beautiful, spacious and well appointed apartment with a stunning view of Teatro Massimo. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Great bed, great bathroom and great kitchen. Lots of nice art everywhere. Top quality, luxurious furnishings. Surprisingly quiet with the double glazed glass doors shut at night, despite the extremely busy and popular area. Parking lot not too far away (25 euro per night)....

"This hotel was amazing! Great staff, very clean hotel, and room. The beds were comfy, breakfast was provided daily, and was always fresh. I was always asked if I wanted a coffee and the staff would go make me one. A/C works great. It's on the 4th floor so great views. Close to Palermo centrale, grocery store almost directly across the street, bus stop is maybe a 2-minute walk. "

"Un accueil parfait sauf que pendant la réservation il n'a ete stipulé a aucun moment que la piscine et le spa ne faisait pas partie de la réservation. Pour pouvoir utiliser le spa et puscine il fallait encire payer 90€/ pers pour 1h30. Sans conter que la restauration etait fermée. Mise a part ça, l'ensemble du personnel etait vraiment sympas et à l'ecoute malgré le problème de langue. "

"Do not book. This hotel does not align with the photos - it is very cheap materials and construction. My husband was locked in the bathroom for almost an hour, the elevator broke, and the front door to our room wouldn’t close. We stayed only one night of the 5 we booked and they told us that these issues with the space were our fault and refuse to refund our cancelled nights. Just don’t even book it"

"Sono tornato con piacere in questo Boutique Hotel dove trovo personale cordiale e disponibile, la gente di questa terrà è sempre accogliente e simpatica. Abbiamo avuto colazione top con prodotti del territorio e una vista bellissima sul mare. La suite è pulitissima e spaziosa, con una terrazza ad uso esclusivo dove è possibile rilassarsi in tranquillità. La Sicilia è bellissima , il cibo ottimo , i colori ed i profumi straordinari, ma per visitare tutto è necessario venire più volte perchè...

"Check in 3pm and Check out time is 10am. This is so bad, normally should be 12 to 2pm. Because of the restaurant that is open in the courtyard of the hotel at night from 7:30 in the evening until night, it is not possible to be comfortable in the hotel and the hotel area is practically closed after 7. But the rooms are very clean and nice. And the sea and mountain view is great. The hotel restaurant offers many good tasting dishes for lunch time"
