"I liked this place, staff were very friendly and we were offered cold water and/or coffee upon arrival. Keys are a bit sticky in the street entry door and door to the hotel inside. Also, this hotel is located on the second floor and has a small, slow lift (not uncommon in Italy in my experience). "Absolute gem of a place for a great price. Barbara was so attentive, patient and helpful. Super convenient next to Centrale, but so quiet and peaceful. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable; it’ll be top of my list next time I’m in Naples.
