"The pictures looked great, the rooms did not match the pictures. One room was pretty musty and dark. The room we stayed in had no hot water in the shower and it took 3 days to fix. They offered to change the room but that room had steep stairs to get to single bedroom down stairs and we had paid for a two bedroom. They should have made sure the shower worked before we arrived. "Im very please for choosing Real Alma Hotel ! Its not too big not to small, great location! 5 blocks from the Zocalo or the Jardin, we got the balcony rooms , (just keep it in mind it’s downtown so it might get noisy during the day, but no worries you will be busy seeing the city or the other nearby places) We had breakfast included it was very good as well! I’m so happy of my experience that I’m planning to go back as soon as possible!"
