It was also very hard to locate the property, and the instructions provided were not clear enough to find the place easily. Another major issue was the language barrier. The host did not speak Spanish or English, which made communication especially challenging in a country where Spanish is the dominant language and English is more commonly spoken than the language the host used. "Only stayed for one night. The room was impressive. Using the door key to turn on power for the room is smart. Saves on electricity which is super expensive in the DR. Location wise leaves a bit to be desired, you’ll see what I mean if you do go. Parking is extremely limited. Overall the all inclusive amenities of the resort makes up for a-lot of things and the comfort of the room is awesome. Oh and there’s no hot water despite how cold the room gets even when the AC is turned off."

"The resort was very nice. The ambiance was great. All the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The swim up bar was great the while crew were very attentive. Kids had a lot of activities my grandkids really enjoyed it. The food was great at buffet and restaurants. It was 14 of us the whole family had a great time. Thanks"

"Probably the best place to stay in all of Boca Chica. I upgraded my room to the apartment and it was the best experience! Clean room, secure location, friendly staff, and a bargain for what you pay. Shoutout to Francisco who took me around town and showed me great places to eat and went the extra mile to make my stay as comfortable and unforgettable as possible! Don't miss out, this place is legitimately great and is in the best location. Walking distance to everything you could need or want. I now won't even consider going anywhere else when I eventually return here!"

"It’s very good for the price. However, I used to be a regular guest at this hotel, and the service included the ability to go down to the water's edge and use a table and chairs; now, there is an extra charge for that. I think they should make an arrangement for their guests."
