Hilario, Sergio , Paulo, Alfonso always very attentive take time to greet you and are very attentive to my needs and go above and beyond to help all guest. Jaime from restaurant also went out of his way to make sure we had an enjoyable breakfast. The reason I continue returning to this hotel is the excellent service from the people I mentioned above.
