"Beautiful views, pleasant service and impeccable communication from staff and the onsite restaurant. I had the room with the 2 twin beds and a full futon that had a sunrise and pool view. The full sized kitchen has all the amenities as if you're home. Shops are near by for grocery and souvenirs. Golf cart rentals are close if you want to rent for the day or week. Nice restaurants for large or small appetites are near the resort. A special shout out to Betty, Vanessa, Christian and the house keeping staff at this resort. Sarah at the onsite restaurant (Jambel) and everyone who helped with the surprise cake and decorations for my sister's 60th birthday. You all did fabulous! Thank you!"

"Beautiful hotel. The room was great we stayed in the casita. Only down side was the beach area. The water was brown and full of seaweed there is construction right next to eat. The food was great. The staff really nice and helpful"

"We loved being up North. It was quiet and the Resort was lovely. We rented a golf cart in town and it was super easy to get around. The kitchen was stocked with Basics: pots and pans, dishes, can opener, knives, salt and pepper. We shopped in town and cooked most of our meals there. Most of our time was spent Diving with White Sands Dive shop- they were great. Raul their Dive Master was great with all of us and took time to teach us new things."

"This was our first time to Belize and wasn't sure what to expect. The location is right across the street from the airport, so although very convenient, it was quite loud at times with planes taking off/landing often, but I would say wouldn't be a showstopper for me. I can't say enough about the staff. They are the most pleasant and helpful staff. I will admit, being an American I'm spoiled by ice water...and to my surprise, they had an ice maker always stocked with ice. It was one of those open 'scoop' ice makers that always make me a little nervous, but I trusted it and everything was quite fine. They also have filtered water in the room and in the lobby so I was NEVER without my ice water. It seems silly but was very important to me. The food was good/ok. Italian night was very good. I would recommend the pizza for sure. They held our luggage for us. The only thing I wish they had was discounted gold carts or transportation options. Other than that, I would highly recommend staying here."

"The resort is tucked away right in the center of San Pedro. Close to everything yet quiet and secluded."

"On arrival to the property we were greeted at the front, our bags were grabbed and we were welcomed with a cocktails and five minute massage. We had a “luxury penthouse” though the rooms were nice we had minor issues with the shower not working, they solved the issue by the next morning. We had our own balcony plunge pool which was a nice touch. Pool was very enjoyable, staff constantly checking if you need food or drinks, and will deliver directly to you. We had an issue with our first golf cart rental and was corrected by the morning. (Town is decently far from the hotel definitely recommend the golf cart). The food and drinks we had on property were good. We chose this property due to their so called “special rake” for the Sargassum and were disappointed when we saw the beach and water. They did offer free amenities like clear bottom kayaks and a sail boat ride, however the current was too difficult to do those activities in. Staff was accommodating with providing laundry soap as we just spent a few days in the jungle and desperately needed to wash our clothes, which we had a washer and drier in our room. 15-20 minutes from secret beach which was a welcomed change with crystal clear water. We do wish we were able to stay at least another day here as the property was beautiful and would’ve liked to attend one of their happy hours or rooftop seafood boils. "

"The property was beautiful and immaculately cared for, the service impeccable. We felt like absolute VIPs. Transportation was coordinated from the airport so that we were picked up and greeted with drinks. We stayed in a roomy 2-bedroom condo that looked out on the pool and you could walk right out to the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked. Laundry service free!?! We booked trips and rented golf carts with the concierge. Sister property had an awesome gym. Can’t say enough about the staff and property. 10/10 would recommend. "
