"Basic room, clean, quiet."

"Fantastic setting, great views from pool and breakfast room. Pool fantastic, not cold. Nice breakfast and bedroom lovely. We walked into Milazzo and to the castle from the hotel. We travelled by train and on arriving at Milazzo station there was a bus to take us to the town centre. We walked to the hotel from there but there is a quite a steep up hill walk to the hotel. "

"Only stayed one night as we were getting the hydrofoil to the Aeolian Islands the next morning. If we had known how good this place was beforehand we would have booked in for at least an extra night! And the views from the balcony......."

"A great place to escape from the hustle bustle lifestyle. Tranquil peaceful setting is our first impression, followed by the friendliness of the staff. Room we had was one of the worst with no view and right next to a construction site. But this did not stop us from enjoying the well kept grounds and the infinity pool overlooking the Aeolian islands. Breakfast is adequate with plenty of savory and sweet choices. But dinner menu was limited with very few local fares. Gym is dark and outdated. Almost like an afterthought. There are signs of construction throughout the property and hopefully that means some pleasant surprises in the near future. "
