"This Hotel was one of my first choices but it was a little pricey, I then got a great deal and reserved it immediately. This was my first visit to Venice and everyone was telling me about how important it was to stay in a hotel in San Marcos, but this hotel could not have a better location. We arrived by train and caught the Vaporetto to San Tomá, then it is a short walk, less than 5 min. Then you can either ride the vaporetto to Rialto or ride A gondola for only 2€ across the Grand Canal, this Hotel is centrally located and it is very easy to go anywhere and very fast. The hotel was wonderful, the staff was mostly helpful, the room super nice and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great, with lots of options and being able to enjoy in the patio was very nice. I highly recommend this hotel."
