"This place has a rat infestation. My parents were in one of the beachfront cottage and they saw a rat in their cottage. Unfortunately this was no surprise to the management as they admitted to complaints made by other guests for that cottage. We checked recent reviews and confirmed that other people have complained about this. Due to this issue my wife and I barely slept the first night as we had our lights on to keep potential rats away. "Very quiet, very clean, staff are all nice and greet you with a very warm smile, the place are instagrammable and very unique.."

"We stayed in the beachside cottage. The bed was relatively comfortable, the shower had hot water, and the aircon worked very well. The room itself is small but cozy. We had a slight issue with ants coming in the room and finding old food wrappers (common issue on the island), but the staff gave us bug spray and that solved the problem. Onsite staff is very friendly and accommodating."

"This was the only bad place I stayed in out of the 8 hotels I stayed in during my PH trip. I actually stayed there months ago, long story but rude and unhelpful staff and none of the facilities were allowed to be used because they “had a Jollibees function the next day so they wanted to keep the facility areas tidy for them” yes I was also a paying guest when told this. No wifi, crazy loud AC. "
