"Tuve recogida del aeropuerto y cuando llegué me di cuenta que era otra dirección, otro alojamiento. Estaban estrenando una segunda localización y la que yo reservé estaba llena pero eso nunca me lo informaron de antemano y es algo desestabilizante tener esa sorpresa llegando a un lugar por primera vez. De igual forma fueron muy atentos y me ayudaron a coordinar la recogida del tour del día siguiente que estaba con la dirección original. Habitación y desayuno muy bien."

"This place honestly looks like it should be condemned. It was disgusting. The walls are peeling, there were 4 different types of flooring in each room, and the bedding and towels were stiff. I checked for bed bugs because the place looked so bad. I’m happy to report there were none. With each step we took, we were afraid our feet would break through the floor, it was incredibly squeaky and uneven. The outlets were inconveniently located. "The best accommodation we had on our trip through Latin America! The staff were completely professional yet friendly. We had a truly spacious room and bathroom. The Wanchaq train station (for trips to/from Machu Picchu) is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the main square. The breakfast is well above average (almost like brunch) and is served starting at 3 a.m. The espresso at the hotel (and in Peru) is far better than in Brazil. The hotel bar also serves excellent cocktails. After our arrival from Lima, we immediately continued on to Machu Picchu, and storing our luggage for one night was no problem (we didn’t check in until the next day, after returning from MP). If I ever return to Cusco, I can save myself the time of searching for a hotel - I’d definitely come back here."
