"No hagan sus reservas aqui en expedia ni con este hostal, me llego mi confirmacion de check in y cuando llegue resulta que no estaba mi habitacion disponible y no me hospede ahi porque no habia lugar.... pague meses antes, se me confirmo meses antes mi reserva y no me permitieron quedarme"

"Staff was terrific. Travelers got separated and staff here helped both parties. The one who hiked got caring aid - food, information about other travelers options, offers to help with communication. The one who did not hike got excellent information on how to meet up in another town on the following day. Staff kept in touch after. Food was abundant and delicious."
