"This is one of the better hostels I’ve stayed at and really appreciated the lovely helpful staff too. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because of the smell of damp in the bedroom. Pisac Inca Guest House - Hostel

The hotel is located in a quiet town named Pisac. The stuff related by blood and marriage and their pride of their place shows in how well they treat their guests. Their rooms will fulfill your basic needs with a bed and a bath. The rooms are clean and rustic with a down to earth decor. During our stay they were very accommodating to our late night arrival and upon our departure their breakfast was more than expected. You'll appreciate the lower elevation on your first day in this area.

Truly recommend to stay at Chaullay Salkantay Hostel during your Salkantay trek. The place has exceeded our expectations (especially after other lodges during the trek). The rooms are a great standard and provide real comfort, they are clean with towels and soaps. Staying at Supertramp was a great experience. The Hostel was clean and the staff was very accommodating. I had an early morning trek to Machu Picchu and they made sure to make me a brown bag lunch I could bring with me. The kitchen staff take time and care to make tasty meals for a really affordable price. This was a great place to meet people. There is a bar on the top floor where I had a fun time with the staff and guests. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

The hostel is about 5 minutes walk to the bus station to Machu Picchu and about 10-15 walk from the train station so its very convenient. The staffs were very nice. They also have decent breakfast: cereal, fresh food, tomato, bread and some kind of protein (ham for one day and cheese for the other when I was there). I stayed in the 4 beds for female. There's hot water and we have our own bathroom which is really nice. Cons: there's no hot water at the sink so washing your face in the morning...

Muy buena atención. Cubrecamas impecables. Buen desayuno. Televisor con cable, netflix, etc. Agua caliente para tomar una infusión a cualquier hora. A mejorar el estado de las griferías, desperdicianban agua, tanto el grifo del lavabo como el del tanque del inodoro. A tener en cuenta su ubicación, para personas ancianas o con dificultades para desplazarse, pues, en el pueblo no hay vehículos de transporte, ni público ni privado. Todo es a pie.

Tuve recogida del aeropuerto y cuando llegué me di cuenta que era otra dirección, otro alojamiento. Estaban estrenando una segunda localización y la que yo reservé estaba llena pero eso nunca me lo informaron de antemano y es algo desestabilizante tener esa sorpresa llegando a un lugar por primera vez. De igual forma fueron muy atentos y me ayudaron a coordinar la recogida del tour del día siguiente que estaba con la dirección original. Habitación y desayuno muy bien.
