"This was the most scenic and beautiful hotel we stayed in our entire Peru trip. We could see the mountains from our balcony. Secluded hotel. Perfect for a quiet getaway. We stayed here for one night. The room was huge and beds very comfortable. The breakfast had a wide variety and the staff helped us get some vegetarian options from the kitchen made for us. The restaurant and cafe onsite had good options. Some things to note which doesn’t take away any stars from the review but good to be aware of. There is no other entertainment on the property to keep kid busy. The wood flooring was creaking a lot in our room. Maybe needs some attention. Overall we loved our stay here and it was a wonderful property. "

"Our trip to Cusco ended up getting extended due to a hospitalization for me. The staff was so kind to my daughter while my husband spent the night with me in the hospital. They extended our stay and were so accommodating in the restaurant based on what I could eat. They gave us extremely late checkout so that I could continue to rest until we have to be at the airport. In addition to that, the hotel was beautiful, the rooms were clean, and the views were spectacular."

The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-kept, you can tell the staff really take pride in maintaining the property. Customer service was outstanding. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional, making me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The location is also excellent, close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, yet still peaceful and relaxing. Overall, a great place to stay if you’re looking for comfort, cleanliness, and good value for your money. I would definitely book here again!"
