The staff, with their constant warm Peruvian smiles were amazing, they went above and beyond for us, tending to our every need. A lovely extra was when we visited the very cute and adorable baby alpaca called “Pancheta” who came to the hotel each day."

"The Property is secluded but in the mountains and makes it feel like you are away from the city. The property is well maintained. The Staff is super friendly specially their Manager Suzan. She went over and above to make our stay very comfortable. She helped us with the area attractions, restaurants and shopping. She was very sweet. The restaurants at the hotel has great food also. It was a pleasant surprise that they had little ice parlour too. Overall amazing stay. Would definitely recommend. "

"This was a beautiful place to finish out our stay in Cusco after hiking the Inca trail to Machu Picchu. The staff was kind, the breakfast was hot and delicious and coca tea stand at the ready. Beautiful and interesting historical art pieces to peruse through the hotel also as well as comfortable rooms and beds. "
