"We arrived exhausted with a baby in arms and they wouldn’t accept our reservation. Either the lady was too lazy to look, or there is a problem with the app, or the hotel doesn’t work with the app anymore but the listing is still here. Either way they wouldn’t let us stay and the lady was very rude. She didn’t even bother trying to be accommodating. "O hotel fica um pouco distante do centro turístico, mais próximo do Mercado San Blas. Mesmo assim, me hospedaria novamente lá. A equipe é bem gentil e prestativa. Oferecem box de café da manhã para quando fizer tour antes do horário servido no hotel. Fiquei no último andar, então o quarto não tinha janela. O banheiro é grande, então passava um pouco de frio ao sair da ducha. Se for preciso, eles guardam a bagagem e também oferecem passeios (apesar de serem mais baratos nas agências do centro)."

Apparently they changed ownership and the previous owners had really low prices which the new owners would not honour. "The staff on reception were 5 star. Very polite and helpful , and always there with our key waiting to welcome us back in. The apartment itself was large and very clean, only gripe for me is the curtains do not block out street lights if your room has one outside. Its in a quiet residential area. The walk into the historic centre takes 10 15mins. Its uphill for 2 blocks on the way back. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our week here whilst exploring Cusco and surrounding areas. "
