"Overall, you get what you pay for - not too many amenities bit staff are friendly and place is vlean enough. We went in the winter (July) so quite cold at night (no heat, lots of blanket). Area can be quite loud at night too."

"The view is great and the management was very easy to contact while being eager to help out. The location is perfect for being close to plaza de Armas without it being quite so busy.

"Loved our stay at this family owned B&B. Everything is basic but just as we like it for our Cusco experience. Owners and staff are all nice and provided everything we need for our stay. Only improvements suggested are to replace shower curtains and towels as they are very dated."

"Clean room, good location. Most importantly, great breakfast. Plus, the restaurant inside the hotel has best food. We ordered oxtail and Alpaca meat, so delicious! Best chef in Cusco."
"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kantu hotel that truly exceeded my expectations. What struck me most was its unbeatable location – a short, pleasant walk to a delightful array of restaurants and unique small shops. Being so close to the historic square was an added bonus, allowing for easy exploration of the area's rich history and culture.
Beyond the prime location, the staff were incredibly helpful and kind, always ready with a smile and eager to assist with any questions or requests. Their attentiveness truly made me feel welcome and valued. Moreover, the rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment after a long day of sightseeing.
Overall, this hotel offered a fantastic experience that combined convenience, comfort, and exceptional service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in a vibrant and accessible location."
"This hotel far exceeded our expectations for our stay. We loved how there were events going on to be immersed into Peruvian culture. We loved the attention to detail, Kiki the alpaca, and all the goodies they gave us. I would highly recommend Union at your next stay. Wish we were there longer!"
"Los host super proactivos, dieron instrucciones claras y siempre estaban pendiente a cualquiera duda, se sentía un ambiente muy familiar. El lugar estuvo cerca de todo, en excelentes condiciones y muy accesible a todos los lugares, la verdad si regreso a Cusco sin duda me quedaría nuevamente. "
"This place is truly a four star hotel. Service far exceeded my expectations and everyone was so nice and professional. Room was clean and it was a great stay."
"The great thing about Saska Hotel was that Carlos was very kind to us! We didn’t have any plans except for going to Machu Picchu. Then Carlos coordinated us to make plans, so we don’t get bored. I had an altitude sickness and without Carlos’s support We could not enjoy our first visit to Cusco. For example, he recommended us going to a tour, restaurants, and museums. Also the good thing was that they prepared for our breakfast and it was decent and the bedroom was very nice, but in the night it was noisy. I recommend to book the other side of the streets so you can sleep well. Saska Hotel had a good service because they had umbrella and an oxygen and coca tea for people who had an altitude sickness. Also in the room they had a refrigerator and a safety box. In the lobby they had filtered water, so we didn’t have to save money. Every day the cleaning person cleans daily and it was very comfortable. In the day we had to checkout at 10:00 and we had to use sometime until the flight departure at night. The good thing is that they kept our luggages for free."
