"All rooms are internal rooms. No real windows. Walls very thin. Running water in pipes loud. Roma well decorated. After my stay, I left my luggage in the storage area, and when I came back in the afternoon to collect it, the hotel was “closed.” I missed my onward flight. The manager/owner did help get my luggage back and offered me a free night’s stay, but it was too late. I’ve never seen a hotel that was “closed” before. Read the other reviews before booking. I do not recommend it."

"This hostel has closed down. I was not informed of this prior to my scheduled stay and only found this out when I arrived to BA to find no one there or answering the phone. I had already paid for my booking and received a confirmation email for my booking earlier in the week I was due to stay. This should not be advertised as available via the Hotels.com website."
